We cannot guarantee same day shipping. If you need your corrugated materials and packaging supplies delivered by a specific day, please select a shipping method based on your order – shipping the day following the day you place it, not the same day. Shipping time is calculated in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the calculation. The day of pickup is not included in shipping time. (If FEDX or UPS picks up a 3-day order on Tuesday, they’ll deliver it on Friday.) Ground shipping takes up to 1 to 4 business days usually, depending on shipping zones. If you need your order by a certain date, consider selecting an upgraded shipping method to ensure you receive product on time. We Reserve the Right to Refuse to Ship any order placed on the website. The primary reason for refusal to ship online orders placed on the website would be incorrect shipping calculations. Based on thousands of products featured on our website, many products will not ship using UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground, but may still show as an option at checkout. We reserve the right to decline to ship the order in situations where insufficient funds have been captured at checkout to cover necessary delivery costs.  These may include but are not limited to; residential deliveries, commercial address’s without a delivery dock that may necessitate a lift-gate or forklift. Over-size products that will not ship by a parcel carrier and require pallets and motor freight cartage. Products that do not meet density requirements placed on us by the shipping companies, and other potential reasons.  We will always do our best in fulfilling and shipping the order in the very bestway possible, however some circumstances may not allow us to ship because of certain economic restraints.

Refused Delivery
Orders refused at delivery will be subject to a charge-back of all actual freight charges incurred (both directions), as well as any duties or taxes that may have been assessed. In addition, we reserve the right to assess a restocking charge since delivery refusals do not comply with the return requirement for an approved RA authorization.

Change Unshipped Order
Call us or email us to change your order. If your order is in process (or has shipped) you can no longer submit an order change request. Cancellation of Unshipped Order
If your order is in pending or process status and we have ordered materials a 15% cancellation fee will be assessed. If the order has shipped you can no longer submit a order cancellation request. Contact us so we can determine the best solution and if changes can still be made. If an order has been placed on the website and is in process or pending status we will do our best to cancel the order for a $25 cancellation charge. If a refund is authorized and an Return Authorization Number is issued the seller will be issued credit less restocking fees and initial shipping charges. Purchaser/Buyer will be be obligated to pay the original shipping costs that were accrued by the Seller to ship the order to the buyers residence or place of business. A credit will be issued less the shipping charges and restocking fees. Credit is issued on the sale subsequent to the items being returned and received to the distribution point and address where the order was originally dispatched.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all packaging supplies and corrugated boxes that are extended a return authorization number. Specialty corrugated boxes will incur a restocking fee of 25%. Specialty corrugated includes all V3C, W5C and other mil-spec stock boxes. Custom Size boxes will not be given return privileges and are considered a one-way sale, unless it is determined is at fault. Once a custom order has been produced the sale is deemed as final.

Return Authorization
Your satisfaction is always important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a replacement shipment or your purchase price will be refunded, subject to the below returns policy. See our Warranty & Returns Policy for more information. Please be sure to read all rules and restrictions before requesting a return authorization to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.

Our customer service/order staff are not trained nor authorized to accept return authorization requests over the phone since returns are authorized by a separate department. All requests for returns MUST be made in writing by email by going to our contact page email. NO authorizations will be given verbally over the phone.

Product Warranties warrants that at the time of dispatch and shipment the products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.’s maximum liability shall NOT in any case exceed the purchase price (excluding any freight charges) for the products purchased from the website and claimed to be defective. agrees to furnish a replacement for, but not remove or install any product or component thereof, which, upon test and examination by or its authorized agents, proves defective. will NOT be liable for any loss, incidental nor consequential damages of ANY kind, whether based upon warranty, contract negligence, shipping damages and arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the packaging material products or corrugated containers/boxes.

This warranty does NOT extend to or apply to custom boxes converted out of corrugated fanfold material. False score lines and fanfold score lines do not inhibit or compromise the strength or performance of a converted shipping box. will not warranty custom corrugated shipping boxes converted from fanfold material based on cosmetics and additional fold scores that may or may not randomly appear in custom or stock ordered boxes.

This warranty does not under any circumstances extend to any product sold by which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper handling or use, including shipping damages. Boxes purchased that are used for shipping or containing products that exceed weight guidelines and burst and stacking test requirements.  This warranty does NOT extend to or apply to any product or item which has been altered or misused.

General Issues for All Return Types
NO credit will be given (nor will rejected products be returned to customer) for:

I.    Products returned without prior authorization (via the issuance of an RA #). The RA #   must be prominently displayed on the exterior of the return shipping container/box. Returns received without an RA # on the outside of the box will not be credited nor returned.

II.    Products returned that were not listed on the original return authorization request.

III.   Products not purchased from

IV.    Products returned 30 days after shipment of product.

V.    Freight charges. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured at the customer’s expense. will not accept COD returns nor will it be responsible for any lost or misdirected returns. reserves the right to delay issuance of credit pending manufacturer’s inspection and approval of credit for the product(s) returned.

 Return Instructions

Here’s what to do if you need to return the products which were purchased:

Prior to returning the product
1-Contact for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and request a Return Authorization Form through email.

Be sure to indicate the product description, the stock number, the quantity, the date purchased and the reason the product is being returned. RA Numbers are valid for 30 days subsequent to the email stamp and date the form was sent to you by us; however, please review the specific time restriction above based on the return. (Any request to return merchandise subsequent to the 40 day limit will be denied. Once a RA is issued the customer will have 30 days to exercise the RA and return the products).

Please Note: NO credit will be given for merchandise or products returned without an RA Number or for products not specifically listed on the Return Authorization Request. Be sure to specify in your request all products you would like to return.

You will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays & weekends) with your RA Number, along with complete return instructions.

Make sure your RA Number is prominently displayed on the outside of the box. To expedite your credit, please include a copy of your original invoice inside the box. Sorry, COD shipments will NOT be accepted. will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected returns shipped to us so please be sure to insure your package!

Note on International Returns: All packages being returned to from outside the USA MUST be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as a “Return of Merchandise” to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees. Any paperwork filled out for shipment should also indicate that it is a return of merchandise previously purchased and the date of the original purchase so there is no confusion that this is a return of merchandise on which customs/duties have already been assessed and paid.

Any international returns not identified as returned merchandise will be subject to a chargeback to the customer of any taxes, customs/duties and brokerage fees assessed to

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the returned product(s) and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund for the returned product(s) will be issued to the same account used to make your original purchase. All applicable sales taxes (if any) will also be refunded. Sorry, no credit will be issued for any freight or other charges.

You will receive an email from us indicating the amount credited to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that credit on your credit card statement may not appear immediately, depending upon the policies of your credit card issuer.

Merchandise Damaged in Transit
For your protection, please inspect your package before signing for it and have the driver make note of any damage. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can promptly file a damage claim with the LTL carrier, parcel carrier or courier. Claims made subsequent to 14 days after receipt of goods date will not be honored.  All original shipping cartons and packing materials must be saved for inspection by the carrier or courier. Discarding any of the original shipping or packing material will negate our ability to file a damaged package claim. Replacement parts in these circumstances must be paid for in advance since we do not know the outcome of the claim from the shipping company. Credit will be issued back to you our customer upon awarded claims from shipping company. If the claim is not awarded by the shipping company will make a determination to resolve the issue based on each individual situation.
