Double Wall Corrugated Cardboard sheets are stocked in various sizes. Corrugated Sheets are manufactured on a corrugator which is a long machine that starches and glues 2 liners to the chemical or medium paper. The machine
gathers the medium paper which makes small flutes. This corrugated paper or fluting is what gives corrugated boxes their strength. Most of the double wall corrugated cardboard sheets we have in stock are made with 48ECT BC fluting. The ECT stands for Edge Crush Test and shows how much weight a box or the liner board can bear before it begins to crush as in stacking strength. Most corrugated cardboard sheets are most economical to ship in pallet quantities. Nevertheless if you only need a few we do ship in bundles if the economics make sense.
